[Usage Precautions]

１．Photo Galleryの使用目的は原則として、豊田市の観光振興に寄与するものとします。
In general, the intended purpose of the Photo Gallery is to contribute to the promotion of tourism in Toyota City.

２．著作権は「一般社団法人　ツーリズムとよた」に帰属します。写真データの利用は承認いたしますが、「一般社団法人　ツーリズムとよた」は著作権を放棄するものではありません。
Copyright belongs to General Incorporated Association Tourism Toyota. Toyota City allows the use of photo data but retains all copyrights.

３．写真データは、出版物、宣伝物、ホームページ等における使用、編集とします。ただし、公序良俗に反するような加工、被写体のイメージを著しく損なう加工による使用を一切禁止します。
Photo data may be edited and used for publications, advertisements, websites, etc. However, altering photos in a way which is contrary to public order and morality or which may harm the public image of the subject in the photo is strictly prohibited.

４．写真データの使用は承認いたしますが、写真単独又はそれに近い形で複製、賃貸あるいは改変しての製造・販売行為を行うことを一切禁止します。
The use of photo data is allowed, but reproducing, leasing, or modifying a photo or near-identical form of that photo for production or sale is strictly prohibited.

５．画像の使用は、使用者の責任で行うものとします。画像の使用により損害又は不利益が生じたとしても、「一般社団法人　ツーリズムとよた」は、その損害又は不利益についていかなる責任も負いません。
Users are responsible for the use of images. General Incorporated Association Tourism Toyota shall not be responsible for any loss or damages that may arise as a result of using the images.
