A great fair featuring Industrial Booths Street with exhibitions and sales of companies from Toyota City and other cities along both Tokai Kanjo Expressway and Route 153 such as Kanazawa of Ishikawa Prefecture, local products from a variety of regions, agriculture and forestry market selling specialty products of the city, and Gourmet Market offering tasty local dishes.
Inabu-Area
Starting in December of each year, columns are set up in a waterfall near Oidaira Park (Rokurogi) and water is poured over them every day to create enormous icicles, creating a frozen waterfall sculpture (hyobaku) that can be seen only in the winter. When illuminated at night, the ice sparkles with a mystical glow. It is gathering attention as one of the Inabu District's new attractions.

The virgin forest of Mennoki, filled with beech trees over 300 years old, is designated as a Special Protection Area of Tenryu-Okumikawa Quasi-National Park. When weather conditions such as subfreezing temperatures align, soft rime covers the trees as they sparkle beautifully in the early morning sun. The observation deck offers views of Mt. Fuji on some days.

Otaki Gorge is located along Niogawa River, the tributary of Tomoegawa River, in the city of Toyota near Asuke Town. Niogawa River is the resulting flow of six upstream water sources, and is rather calm until it gets to Komiyama District. Not many fireworks are launched at this simple but cute festival, but guests get to see them from really close. Traditional summer festival attractions for the whole evening entertain the guests.
Toyota-Area
Toyota Oiden Festival is Toyota City's largest event and, to conclude it with a big splash, the last day features the Toyota Oiden Festival Fireworks. Featuring Melody Fireworks, a huge waterfall fireworks, "starmines", which are complex combinations of simultaneous launches, tezutsu handheld fireworks cannons and much more, all in a thrilling display of beauty. Every year some 350,000 spectators gather around Toyota Stadium to watch...
Fujioka-Area
Part of the larger My Town Oiden of Toyota City, this event is held at the Fujioka District where locals participate in a dance contest. Crowning the event is the fireworks display with about 1,000 shots launched in time with the background music!
Inabu-Area
Keyaki forest on Mt. Natsuyake Jogayama is covered with wild Orange Spider Lilies, known as “Kitsune no Kamisori” in Japanese. During the blooming season in the middle of August, the area is carpeted in beautiful orange flowers.
