Donguri Workshop is a facility set within a natural area in the mountains with a rich history of agriculture and forestry. Here visitors can take cooking and handicraft classes developed through long-held traditions. The Donguri Workshop building was reconstructed from a private house located in Inabu's Onose-cho area, originally built in 1879.

The virgin forest of Mennoki, filled with beech trees over 300 years old, is designated as a Special Protection Area of Tenryu-Okumikawa Quasi-National Park. Daianji Temple belongs to the Soto school of Zen Buddhism and was established in the year 1624. The temple has the honorific mountain name of Choshozan and is a branch temple of Ryukoin Temple. Within the temple grounds, the weeping cherry tree is especially enchanting. Around 180 years old, the weeping cherry tree is also lit up at night from early to mid-April.
