I’d like to recommend Asahi Highland in Asahi Yawatatown, Toyota city. You can enjoy a lot of things. For example, eating, camping, sports, and so on! If you like winter, you can enjoy sledding at Asahi Highland. You will probably get hungry after playing. You can eat many dishes there! My recommendation is the dam curry. The curry looks like water, and the rice looks like the dam wall! It’s so delicious. You can eat the curry on the terrace outside. The view from there is beautiful and relaxing.

The fireworks festival is held in front of the Asahi Sightseeing Association in Odo town every year in August. You can see fireworks for 30 minutes straight. There are over 100 fireworks. There are some food stalls and you can buy shaved ice, yakisoba and other delicious food. You can get there in 1 hour from Toyota station by bus or car. If you see those fireworks, I guess you’ll think it’s beautiful. When you come to this festival I recommend you wear a Yukata. You can rent a Yukata at the Asahi Branch Office. In summer, there are a lot of wind chimes in Odo. It takes about 1 hour from Toyota station by bus or car. There are more than 5000 wind chimes! You can see amazing wind chimes and hear beautiful sounds. You can write your wish on the wind chime paper at Wind Chime Temple. Moreover, you can draw your original picture on wind chimes and buy it at Sakaya. If you come to Odo, you will make wonderful memories. Please come to Odo and paint your wind chimes!
