    Approximately 450 meters of red spider lilies bloom on both banks of the Aizumame River in the southwestern part of Toyota City, from Tenno Bridge (Marune-cho) to Otoko Bridge (Miyagami-cho).
    Many people from both inside and outside of Toyota City visit this place to observe and take photographs of these bright red flowers each year, known as higanbana in Japanese.

    This year, the flowers are blooming late due to the heat. Peak viewing time is expected to be Early to Mid October.

    Parking Parking is very limited. We encourage visitors to use public transportation instead of private vehicles.
    Location Aizumame River (Tenno Bridge to Otoko Bridge)
    Directions by public transportation Take the Meitetsu Bus Hoshigaoka-Toyota Line (via Araya) from Toyota-shi Station and get off at Miyagami-cho bus stop. 3-minute walk from the bus stop.
