Bo-no-Te Keigo "Sentinel" Festival

Held at the Shigo-Yabashira Shrine, this festival features demonstrations of the Aichi Prefecture Intangible Cultural Folk Heritage, the Bo-no-Te martial arts technique. A mix of festivity and ritual in supplication for abundant harvests and prosperity, the event is an unique opportunity to witness several Bo-no-Te techniques, using the most diverse assortment of tools and weapons.
